Coffee, Coaching, and Choosing Happy: Day 1 of Joyful Journeys!

Welcome to Happiness Snacks!

For the remainder of June and July I am going to be posting Happiness snacks - 5 minute Joy-sets to help you find the fun in an otherwise distracting world (and maybe it might be that daily spark that keeps you going through this jiggly time).

Let’s dive into the joy pool!

Today, we’re all about *Choosing Happy*, and I’m inviting you on a delightful journey to sprinkle some happiness into your daily grind.

We kick things off with a super fun relationship inventory challenge where you’ll identify your five joy superstars—those fabulous folks who light up your life like a disco ball at a dance party! 🎉

Whether it’s a friend or a rockstar you admire from afar, let’s take note of what makes them so magnetic and try to channel that energy into our own lives.

Trust me, it’s not about taking from their joy fountain; it’s about sharing the love and good vibes!

So grab your favourite snack, and let’s get ready to sprinkle some happiness into our days.

Hello everyone and welcome to Choosing Happy and the combination between coffee and coaching and Choosing Happy for the next 50 ish 50 ish days of bringing happiness, Snacks and a joy reset to your day.

Speaker A:

These are going to be five minutes, videos, audios and lots of resources that I'm sharing over the next 50ish days to help us through these crazy times in the world.

Speaker A:

And I do invite you to join me each day.

Speaker A:

And you can also sign up to get all of the free resources as well by typing Joy Set in the comments and I'll send you the link.

And this is day one.

Speaker A:

So the idea is that we will have a snippet, a five minute snippet to help you reset and some of these are going to be tasks, they're going to be questions, but the idea is to bring more joy and happiness into your day so that you're focused focused on moving forward rather than being caught up in the chaos.

Speaker A:

And today I invite you to take a relationship inventory and identify the five joy superstars in your life.

Speaker A:

People who you get excited about spending time with, listening to.

Speaker A:

Maybe it, you know, it can be a real superstar or, or it could be a relation, a friend, someone who lights you up, you want to be around.

Speaker A:

Their energy is magnetic.

Speaker A:

Choose those five people, write them down and create a plan to either reach out to them more, follow them online.

Speaker A:

If it's a superstar, notice what they do that emits that joy and positivity and attracts people to them.

Speaker A:

And choose one trait that you can try on and experiment with.

Speaker A:

So for example, if they have a morning routine which they, you know, maybe they're a superstar and they really rave about, try that morning routine.

Speaker A:

Or maybe it's just a mannerism that seems to work for them, whether it's smiling often or really using their body to change their state.

Speaker A:

Or maybe you can discover what they focus on, what their mindset is and also what their values are that help some stay so positive, aligned and magnetic.

Speaker A:

So take yourself on an expedition, a journey to find joy traits.

Speaker A:

And most of all, start with the list.

Speaker A:

Just start by listing out those five people and then begin to insert joyful and positive energy into yourself and into your world.

Speaker A:

From today, be intentional.

Speaker A:

Bring your best self.

Speaker A:

Lean in to being a joy sharer.

Speaker A:

This is not about taking.

Speaker A:

It's not about taking from these joyful people, but about a healthy exchange.

Speaker A:
